Hi, I’m Will, a UI / UX designer based in Newcastle. I’ve been working as a digital designer in a fast paced, agile agency environment at Daykin & Storey, for the past year.

I’m looking for a UI / UX role, where I can put my skills and experience into action. I have experience working on a wide variety of branding and web-based projects, simultaneously, for a range of clients including the Labour Party and Microsoft.

My role at D&S has incorporated every aspect of the design process, from pitching, delivering client workshops and developing user stories, to creating wireframes, prototyping solutions and testing, through to project completion.

Prior to this, I have freelanced for a number of years, for a range of studios and clients based in Kent, London and New York. My work primarily focuses on UI / UX, branding, print and pattern design. I have also established a small product-based business. My work has been featured in a number of magazines and publications.

I’m now looking to get stuck into a UI / UX role, where I can continue to contribute and thrive whilst developing effective user-centred solutions, using my full skill set.

Home & Interior Brand

Over the last year, I have been exploring my passion for surface-pattern and textile design by setting up a designer brand, which I launched at the London Design Festival 2015.

The intricate designs are bold, geometric and colourful, and are applied to high-quality products which are manufactured in the UK.

The objective of the prints and textiles is to excite and enhance people’s lives with their vibrant qualities.

Let's Talk!

I'm available for freelance, collaborations and any interesting opportunities you may have. If you’d like to work on a project with me, feel free to get in contact.
