A beauty brand for all gender identities, that breaks established category codes

‘For’ was my response to a D&AD brief set by Design Bridge, to create a new-to-world, forward-thinking, accessible, mass-market beauty brand for all gender identities, which reflects what matters to them and breaks established category codes.

I decided to focus on the ‘for him for her’ slogans used in the fashion and beauty industry. Taking back this slogan, which can promote an unrealistic body image and beauty standard, and suppress individuality, I branded the product around the theme ‘For’, to create a flexible system which could combine characteristics and brand values to represent who the brand was for: which is everyone.
